Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Dynamics CRM365 expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in full life cycle implementations across multiple versions of Dynamics CRM365.

  • Familiarity with MS CRM Sales, Service, and Marketing modules is essential.

The selected professional will be responsible for:

  1. Collaborating with the development team to provide insight into business user needs and resolving queries related to requirements.
  2. Documenting business requirements and reviewing them with the business and technology teams, ensuring customer acceptance.
  3. Demonstrating excellent communication skills, able to address users' questions and provide guidance.
  4. Working on Agile or Waterfall approaches, depending on business requirements.
  5. Developing acceptance criteria for test cases and test scenarios in collaboration with business users.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, candidates must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Minimum 4-8 years of experience as a functional consultant.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Dynamics CRM 20162015.
  • Strong understanding of SSRS reporting services and knowledge of Customer Engagement, including Field Services and Project Service Automation.
  • Basic knowledge of the Power Platform, including Power Apps, Flow, and Power BI.
  • Familiarity with Dynamics 365 Common Data Model and Common Data Model.
  • MS CRM configuration knowledge and application integrations expertise with MS CRM.
