Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Site Reliability Engineer to oversee the management of our multi-cloud blockchain infrastructure and validator node operations.

  • Manage and operate validator nodes across various blockchain networks, ensuring high uptime, robust security, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Design, deploy, and maintain scalable infrastructure on AWS, GCP, and bare-metal platforms to support protocol performance.
  • Implement Kubernetes-native tooling (Helm, FluxCD, Prometheus, Thanos) for efficient deployment and observability management.
  • Collaborate with the Protocol R&D team to integrate new blockchains and participate in testnets, mainnets, and governance initiatives.
  • Maintain secure infrastructure through best-in-class secrets management (HashiCorp Vault, KMS) and incident response protocols.
  • Contribute to a comprehensive monitoring and alerting system to detect anomalies, performance drops, or protocol-level issues.
  • Serve as a liaison between software, protocol, and product teams to communicate infrastructure constraints or deployment risks effectively.
  • Continuously improve deployment pipelines using Terraform, Terragrunt, and GitOps practices.
  • Participate in on-call rotations and incident retrospectives, driving post-mortem analysis and long-term solutions.
