Job Description:

Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Treasury and Fund Management professional to oversee the day-to-day treasury operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in Mutual Funds or Banking, with a strong background in financial services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily treasury operations, including cash flow monitoring, fund transfers, and bank reconciliations.
  • Monitor and manage the company's liquidity position to ensure sufficient funds are available for operational needs.
  • Coordinate payment planning and forecasting with internal departments.
  • Maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions.
  • Optimize returns on surplus funds through short-term investments.
  • Track and report on fund utilization, bank balances, and investment performance.
  • Ensure compliance with treasury policies and regulatory guidelines.
  • Prepare regular treasury reports and dashboards for senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Treasury Operations / Fund Management.
  • Experience working in Mutual Funds, Banks, or Financial Institutions is mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of financial instruments, cash management, and liquidity forecasting.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and financial systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
