Project Management Expert Sought

Our organization is looking for an accomplished project management professional to lead our projects. The ideal candidate should possess extensive experience in IT/Software Development and proven track records of managing projects within Agile/Scrum environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Develop and execute project plans, including resource allocation and budgeting.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including development, design, and testing.
  • Ensure effective communication and stakeholder management throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Monitor and control project progress, identifying and mitigating risks.
  • Collaborate with the development team to ensure seamless project execution.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in IT/Software Development, with minimum 3 years in project management roles.
  • Proven track record of managing projects in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Jira (mandatory).
  • Practical knowledge of at least one AI tool.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent skills in project tracking, reporting, documentation, and stakeholder management.
  • Ability to understand technical discussions and translate them into actionable tasks.
  • Strong communication and client interaction skills.
  • Organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with distributed or remote teams.
  • Familiarity with Confluence, Git, or other collaboration tools.
  • Exposure to software delivery lifecycle (SDLC) and DevOps practices.
  • PMP, CSM, or Agile certification is a plus.
