Project Management Expert

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead our Product Implementation team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing the successful execution of projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop project plans and maintain the base version and latest version, ensuring client approval as needed.
  • Establish communication channels with clients and internal management/project teams for all Symphony Implementation projects.
  • Triage requirements with the team and arrive at solutions or seek assistance from management to meet project timelines.
  • Lead implementation entirely and close out on clients post-go-live, handholding them to the support team.
  • Generate Change Requests wherever applicable and genuinely try for additional revenues that benefit clients.
  • Deliver client requirements and expectations within agreed project timelines, ensuring exceptional quality and capturing all objectives in the Statement of Work (SOW).
  • Ensure supporting teams such as PE, Support, Annuities, Rules, and Paralegal teams are utilized as per agreement.
  • Engage/contribute to at least 3 process improvement initiatives enabling project delivery and seamless client support.
  • LIMIT functional bugs to a set percentage for every implementation into Production.
  • Communicate with clients and management upfront about any mismatch impacting project schedules.
  • Maintain and provide relevant data for project status and progress whenever requested by management.
  • Train self and team members on the Implementation process and client data validation.

Desired Skills:

  • Hands-on experience in Project Management using any tool.
  • Experience in activities like Project estimation, planning, costing, team timesheet maintenance, preparing proposals, RFP, etc.
  • Good understanding of design & solution process is an added advantage.
  • Hands-on experience in handling Fixed-price projects and restricting scope creep and resource wastage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
