We are seeking a talented Process Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to provide prompt and efficient service to clients.
The successful applicant will support customers via Chat, email, and other support tools, resolving issues and providing third-party app support & testing. This role requires strong problem-solving capabilities, logical reasoning, and the ability to work on weekends and public holidays.
This position involves exposure to explicit content and requires resilience and maturity. Our employees' well-being, health, and safety are taken care of, with necessary support and resources available.

- Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field
- Effective, clear, and professional written communication in English
- Fresh graduate or candidate with experience in service support/related field
- Ability to commit to 24 X 7 rotating shift
- Flexibility to take on multiple tasks, problem-solving/critical thinking skills
