Job Summary

Calfus Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing project teams, defining project scope, creating timelines, allocating resources, and monitoring project progress.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing product and software engineering projects, with a strong understanding of software development processes, methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall), and tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery
  • Define project scope, create timelines, and allocate resources
  • Monitor project progress and make decisions based on data and insights
  • Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Lead end-to-end development and deployment of GenAI/LLM-based solutions

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of relevant experience in project management, with at least 5+ years in a technical or IT-focused environment
  • Led end-to-end development and deployment of GenAI/LLM-based solutions, from use case discovery to production rollout, across business functions
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within scope, and on budget
  • Strong understanding of software development processes, methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall), and tools
  • Experience working with technical teams, understanding of system architectures, software engineering, and infrastructure
  • Familiarity with development platforms and technologies such as cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), databases, and APIs
