Job Title: Senior Interior Designer
About the Opportunity:
- We are seeking an experienced Senior Interior Designer to take on residential design projects.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio of previous works and excellent communication skills.
- They will be responsible for assessing client requirements, creating designs using computer-aided design programs (CAD), and communicating with clients effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Assess and meet client needs through regular meetings and conferences.
- Produce sketches, drawings, and floor plans to illustrate concepts and finished projects.
- Create idea boards to communicate design concepts to clients.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of design principles.
- Maintain an exceptional portfolio of previous works.
- Show creative talent, imagination, and an eye for design.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in residential interior design projects.
- Experience in handling clients and managing projects independently.
- Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD, Google Sketch-up.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Interior Designing (2/3 years) or B.Arch.
Technical Skills:
- Interior Designer.
- Google Sketch-up.
- AutoCAD.
- Microsoft Office.
