Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Quality Assurance Specialist.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet established quality standards by inspecting, testing, and monitoring processes at various stages of production.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and excellent communication and analytical skills. If you possess the necessary qualifications and experience, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect and Test Raw Materials: Inspect and test raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products as per defined quality standards.
  • Develop Quality Control Procedures: Develop, implement, and monitor quality control procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and customer expectations.
  • Conduct Routine Checks and Audits: Conduct routine checks and audits on production lines to identify deviations and maintain proper documentation of test results, deviations, and corrective actions.
  • Investigate Quality-Related Complaints: Investigate quality-related complaints and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry standards, legal requirements, and safety protocols.
  • Coordinate with Production Team: Coordinate with the production team to implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Assist in Training Staff: Assist in training staff on quality standards and best practices.
  • Prepare Quality Reports: Prepare and submit quality reports to management.
