  • Responsibilities include managing stock replenishment across the supply chain network
  • Defining safety stock norms and maintaining optimal stock levels to mitigate uncertainties in demand & supply
  • Ensuring fill rates (OTIF) at all locations
  • Maintaining on-time delivery of finished goods for promotions, new launches, and seasonal plans in alignment with the demand & supply team
  • Maintaining high stock freshness and reducing stock obsolescence

Main responsibilities include:

  • Daily monitoring and planning of stock availability and distribution across all locations
  • Collaborating with logistics teams on dispatch schedules and release plans
  • Ensuring high truck utilization for vehicle movements – Reducing transportation costs
  • Managing stock levels in warehouses to avoid sales loss or stockouts
  • Identifying gaps in service levels and implementing improvement plans

Success will be measured by:

  • Fill rate performance
  • Stock freshness levels
  • Reducing stock obsolescence

The ideal candidate should have:

  • An MBA degree with a focus on Operations or a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management
  • 2-4 years of experience in supply chain management, planning, and distribution in the FMCG industry
