Technical Lead

Job Description:

  • Architect and develop large-scale, data-driven systems using Node.js or similar technologies.
  • Build high-performance systems capable of handling massive datasets and high transaction volumes.
  • Ensure stability and reliability in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a deep understanding of system scalability and implement robust engineering solutions.
  • Optimize performance for systems dealing with high throughput and complex datasets.
  • Contribute to product stability and scalability while managing technical debt.

Requirements:

  • 7-13 years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on backend systems.
  • Proven experience in building and scaling highly scalable systems.
  • Prior involvement in scaling engineering teams and systems to handle significant growth.
  • Hands-on experience working with large-scale datasets and associated challenges.
  • Solid understanding of handling high transaction systems (transactions per second).

Preferred Domain Expertise:

  • Experience in Fintech, E-commerce (Q-commerce), Insurtech, or Brokertech.
  • Background in B2C product companies is a strong advantage.

Evaluation Criteria:

  • Scaling Experience: Proven experience in scaling engineering teams or systems to handle significant growth.
  • Data Expertise: Hands-on experience working with large-scale datasets and associated challenges.
  • Stability & Reliability: Ability to ensure system stability and reliability in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Technical Expertise: Demonstrated ability to handle terabytes of data and millions of transactions per second.
