About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our branch and acting as the primary point of contact with clients. To achieve this, you will need to acquire and build strong relationships with channel partners, IFAs, MFDs, and RIAs, while delivering exceptional standards of service.

Responsibilities:

  • To develop and maintain a network of trusted channel partners, including IFAs, MFDs, and RIAs.
  • To educate clients on various wealth management products, including debentures, alternative investment funds (AIFs), portfolio management services (PMS), mutual funds, insurance, government securities (GSecs), corporate bonds, commercial papers, NCDs, PTCs, etc.
  • To identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking and referrals.
  • To drive business growth by effectively cross-selling wealth management products and services to existing clients.
  • To achieve revenue targets and contribute to the overall growth of the wealth management business.
  • To conduct thorough due diligence on investment products and providers to mitigate risks.
  • To maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in accordance with compliance standards.
  • To conduct and assist in organizing seminars, workshops, and other business development activities.

Qualifications:

  • A graduate or master's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field is preferred, with prior experience working in a wealth management setup.

Required Skills:

  • A proven track record of building and managing relationships with channel partners (IFA/MFD/RIA) for at least 8 years.
  • A strong understanding of wealth management products, debentures, AIFs, PMS, MF, etc.
  • Strong communication, sales, and negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving targets and incentives.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Relevant regulatory certifications (e.g., AMFI, NISM) are advantageous.
