Job Title: IAM Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced IAM Engineer to join our team. As an IAM Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the organization's Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement IAM systems, including ISAM modules, to ensure secure access to resources.
  • Configure SSO solutions using Access Manager and federated single sign-on using SAML standards.
  • Migrate applications to the ISAM federation model and integrate business applications with ISAM as required.
  • Implement multi-factor authentication, OAuth, OIDC, and other authentication mechanisms.
  • Provide independent support and resolve issues related to IAM systems.
  • Lead outage calls and create standard operating procedures and knowledge database documentation.
  • Participate in daily, weekly, monthly, customer, and internal meetings and provide activity reports.
  • Create policy and procedure manuals and understand service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and lead teams.

Requirements:

  • Must have understanding of ISAM module skills.
  • Good experience with ISAM/IAM/LDAP operations support.
  • Strong ISAM administration and support skills.
  • Ability to configure SSO solutions.
  • Understanding of SAML standards.
  • Knowledge of Tivoli Directory Server (TDS) and External Authentication Interface (EAI).
  • Experience in migration of applications to ISAM federation model.
  • Good troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work independently and lead teams.
