Job Summary

  • We are seeking an experienced professional to lead implementation and support activities for Oracle Fusion OTL, Core HR. The successful candidate will drive the full project life cycle: requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, functional design, UAT, training, and deployment.

About the Role

  • Configure and maintain timecard layouts and time attributes.
  • Develop and enhance Fast Formulas (FF) for time, payroll, and validations.
  • Manage security setup and AORs (Areas of Responsibility).

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive project implementation and ongoing support for Oracle Fusion OTL, Core HR.
  • Lead requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, functional design, UAT, training, and deployment activities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of project progress and results.
  • Ensure timely completion of projects and meet business objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion OTL, Core HR.
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of Oracle Fusion products.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment.
