Job Title: Financial Accountant - General Ledger

Role Summary

This is a highly responsible role for a Chartered Accountant with experience in US F&A General Ledger. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end month close tasks, including submission of Borrowing Compliance and Ratio Analysis.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end month close tasks, including Balance sheet, Income Statement, and Accruals movements.
  • Prepare monthly financial accounts in line with SOPs and processes.
  • Prepare Annual Accounts and Finalize Accounts for Group Companies and the Consolidated Accounts for the Company in line with US GAAP.
  • Consolidate group companies on a monthly basis.
  • Assist in year-end book preparation for audit purposes and liaise with auditors for interim and final audits.
  • Implement suitable internal control systems in the department.
  • Provide information to top management on a monthly and need basis.
  • Prepare detailed cash flow analyses as required.

Requirements:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) with 4 to 5 years of experience preferably Big 4.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Finance and Accounting.
  • Work experience in Staffing & IT software companies is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Exceptional client service, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively internally / externally.
