Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fiscal Accounting Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Vendor Management: Coordinate with vendors for payments, refunds, and vendor reconciliations.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare weekly AP reports, process vendor payments, and allocate in books.
  • Tax Compliance: Review vendor reconciliations performed by AA, obtain W9 forms from vendors, prepare 1099 workings, reconcile tax returns, and review sales entries.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Team Collaboration: Work with clients to obtain missing vendor bills and approvals, train new team members, and assist their settlement.

Qualifications

A Bachelor of Commerce degree is required. Additionally, excellent interpersonal skills, effective English communication skills, and strong analytical skills are essential for success in this role.
