The Role:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior QA Engineer to join our team. As a key member of the digital technology team, you will play a vital role in coding, testing, debugging, and maintaining the architecture of client solutions.
Responsibilities
- Work in an Agile team using Microsoft Visual Studio, GitHub, and Atlassian stack to test applications.
- Develop elaborate test plans and cases with well-documented scenarios for new frontend web applications and REST APIs.
- Design automated scripts with JavaScript, TypeScript, and Cypress to ensure high test coverage.
- Perform manual testing as needed and document results according to industry standards.
- Participate in requirement gathering with the development team to identify optimal solutions.
- Create technical documentation on performed work according to industry best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Test Automation.
- Deep understanding of QA and development methodologies.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
- Good coding skills in JavaScript.
- Experience with defect tracking systems and CI/CD pipelines.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and self-dependent problem-solving.
- High-level English language skills.
- Understanding of APIs and Web automation testing.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with performance testing and Docker.
- Experience with TypeScript and Server-side automation testing.
