Procurement & Supply Chain Specialist



The ideal candidate will have the ability to send enquiries to vendors, receive quotes, make comparisons, negotiate commercial terms and prepare purchase orders. They should also be able to procure items like process instruments, switchgear, panel components, PLCs, VFDs etc.

This role involves following up with vendors for deliveries, preparing documentation for customs imports and exports, eWay bills, and coordinating with freight forwarders for quotes and review of freight rates and other transportation costs. The candidate will place orders on freight forwarders, handle logistics, prepare documents for import and export shipments to and from India and overseas, and be responsible for handling transportation activities including receiving goods in office/factory, labelling, storage of goods and making them ready for dispatch.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Send enquiries to vendors, receive quotes, make comparisons and negotiate commercial terms.
