As a seasoned procurement expert, you will play a vital role in sourcing and managing our organization's resources.

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Procurement Specialist.

Mandatory Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or Economics
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in procurement or a related field
  • Ability to start immediately or within a short notice period
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including night shifts

Key Responsibilities:

  • Effective communication and coordination with internal stakeholders
  • Validation and routing of purchase requisitions to the relevant procurement channels
  • Handling escalated supplier issues and resolving conflicts
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements
  • Developing expertise in procurement and staying up-to-date with industry developments
  • Reporting on supplier non-compliance
  • Escalating issues to Team Leader
