Expert Procurement Specialist

As a highly skilled procurement professional, you will be responsible for delivering day-to-day support for P2P modules, including requisitions, purchase orders, invoicing, supplier management, and expenses.

Our ideal candidate possesses excellent problem-solving skills and can effectively manage multiple priorities. They must also have a strong understanding of procurement and finance processes, as well as experience with ticketing systems and integration tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely assistance with technical and functional issues related to P2P modules.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate our system with other enterprise systems and perform system upgrades, testing, and deployment of new features or enhancements.
  • Manage user access, roles, and permissions within the system.
  • Document support procedures, FAQs, and training materials for end-users and liaise with vendors for issue resolution and product updates.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in application support, preferably in procurement or supply chain systems.
  • Procurement and Finance Knowledge: Strong understanding of procurement and finance processes.
  • Ticketing and Integration Tools: Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow) and integration tools (e.g., Dell Boomi).
  • Communication and Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Independence and Prioritization: Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Coupa Certifications: Coupa certifications or training.
  • SQL and Reporting Tools: Experience with SQL, reporting tools, or data analysis.
  • ITIL Practices: Knowledge of ITIL practices.
