Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Director to lead our client solutions team in a creative advertising agency. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing creative campaigns, understanding brand identity and experience, and interfacing with client teams.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client interactions, collaborating with internal and client teams, owning project timelines, and leading conversations on brand strategy and creative approaches. This includes preparing presentations, content publishing, competitor analysis, and campaign performance tracking.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field;
  • Proven track record of successfully managing creative campaigns;
  • Solid understanding of Brand Identity and Experience;
  • Experience of interfacing with Client Teams and solving for strategic and operational asks;
  • Excellent Client communication, Creative project management, and presentation skills;
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively;
  • Familiarity with Digital and tech tools will be preferred;
  • Proficiency in any additional skill, like Copywriting/ Art/ Photography/ Videography/ Digital Media would be given additional weightage;
  • Understanding of CRM and ecommerce will be an add-on;
  • 5+ years of experience in Client solutions in a creative advertising agency is a must.

Key Activities:

• Managing client interactions and expectations;

• Collaborating with internal and Client teams for preparing presentations, content publishing and competitor analysis and campaign performance tracking;

• Own project timelines and lead the execution of creative deliverables;

• Lead conversations on brand strategy and creative approaches as a key lead in team;

• Assist in troubleshooting client concerns and optimising solutions;

• Drive growth and hiring conversations for the organisation as a key business lead.
