Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to lead our technical design sessions, architect solutions, and develop custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other Salesforce technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead technical design sessions and architect/document technical solutions that are aligned with business objectives.
  • Develop custom solutions using Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, Visualforce, and other Salesforce technologies.
  • Convert Lightning Components to Lightning Web Components (LWC) and enhance user experience with custom CSS and design parameters.
  • Configure and customize Salesforce CPQ, including Product Bundles setup, Pricing rules, Guided Selling, and Quote Template administration.
  • Implement Salesforce Flows, including Screen Flows, Record Trigger Flows, and Scheduled Flows to meet business process needs.
  • Develop and maintain integration processes between Salesforce and other systems using REST/SOAP APIs and Dell Boomi.
  • Perform data migration using tools like Data Loader and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Conduct code reviews to ensure high code quality and adherence to design patterns.
  • Use tools like Copado, Jenkins, and Git for deployment and CI/CD processes.
  • Participate in Daily Scrum, Sprint Grooming, and Planning sessions to discuss and estimate stories.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze functional requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of IT experience with a focus on Salesforce development.
  • Strong experience with Salesforce Lightning (Aura and LWC), Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and SOSL.
  • In-depth knowledge of CRM processes and Salesforce modules, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud.
  • Proven experience in Salesforce CPQ configuration and customization.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce security setup, including Profiles, Permission Sets, and Role Hierarchy.
  • Experience with integration platforms like Dell Boomi and MuleSoft.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Technical Skills Required:

  • Salesforce Development: Apex, Visualforce, LWC, Aura, SOQL, SOSL.
  • Integration: REST/SOAP APIs, Dell Boomi, MuleSoft.
  • CI/CD Tools: Copado, Jenkins, Git, Gearset.
  • Web Technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular.js, React.js, Backbone.js.
  • Databases: MS SQL Server, MS Access, SQL.
  • Development Tools: Visual Studio Code, Salesforce CLI, Postman, SOAP UI.
