Job Title: Senior Salesforce Developer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer to join our team at Visionyle Solutions. As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce applications using Lightning Components, Lightning Web Components, and Apex.

Key Responsibilities:

Application Development:

  • Design, develop, and implement Salesforce applications using Lightning Components, Lightning Web Components, and Apex.
  • Customize Salesforce platforms to meet specific business needs and enhance user experience.

Configuration and Customization:

  • Configure Salesforce features, objects, fields, workflows, and process builders to streamline business processes.
  • Customize Visualforce pages and create reusable components to enhance application functionality.

Integration Management:

  • Manage integrations with third-party applications using Salesforce web services, APIs, and WSDL.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any integration issues to ensure seamless data flow.

Reports and Dashboards:

  • Develop and maintain complex reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights and analytics for stakeholders.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity within reporting structures.

Testing and Quality Assurance:

  • Perform unit testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Document test cases and results to support quality assurance processes.

Technical Documentation:

  • Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications, configuration guides, and deployment plans.
  • Document processes for future reference and knowledge sharing within the team.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and end-users, to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.
  • Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.

Troubleshooting and Support:

  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing Salesforce applications, addressing issues as they arise.
  • Analyze system performance and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.

Continuous Learning and Improvement:

  • Stay updated on Salesforce releases, features, and best practices to leverage new functionalities.
  • Participate in training and development activities to enhance skills and knowledge.

Independence and Initiative:

  • Work independently and proactively identify areas for improvement within the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Take initiative in proposing new solutions and enhancements to drive business objectives.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce.com application.
  • Strong knowledge and work experience in SFDC configuration, customization, programming with APEX Class/Triggers/APIs, Visual Force, and implementing new instances of Salesforce.com application from scratch.
  • Hands-on work experience with Salesforce.com web services, WSDL, and other integration aspects are desirable.
  • Good knowledge and work experience in Reports and Dashboards.
