Wealth management professionals seek a highly skilled Back Office Executive to join their team. As a key member of the operations department, you will be responsible for handling day-to-day tasks that are crucial to our clients' financial success.

This is a full-time on-site role where you will be handling various activities including account opening, onboarding, and maintenance trade execution and reconciliation client reporting and compliance support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping and smooth coordination with custodians and vendors
  • Deliver timely results while supporting relationship managers with administrative tasks

Requirements
  • Proficiency in back office operations
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and maintain high productivity levels

  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required

Prior experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential. Knowledge of financial products investment operations and compliance requirements would be beneficial to your career growth.
