Driving Growth Through Performance Marketing

This role involves leveraging data-driven strategies to expand brand presence across Meta Ads.

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Conduct audience research and develop targeted marketing strategies for conversions, leads, and brand awareness.
  • Create and test ad creatives, copy, and formats to maximize ROI.
  • Manage campaign budgets, bids, and daily ad spends to ensure optimal return on investment.
  • Track KPIs like CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS, and optimize campaigns accordingly.
  • Set up retargeting, lookalike audiences, and advanced custom audience strategies.
  • Coordinate with design/content teams for creatives aligned with campaign goals.
  • Monitor competitor ad strategies and suggest improvements.
  • Run A/B testing for ad copies, creatives, and targeting.
  • Prepare campaign performance reports and present insights with actionable recommendations.
  • Stay updated with Meta platform updates, policies, and best practices.

To succeed in this role, you'll need 2+ years of experience managing performance campaigns on Meta Ads, hands-on experience with Business Manager & Facebook Ads Manager, and a strong understanding of CPC, CPM, ROAS, and attribution models.

Additionally, the ideal candidate will possess analytical skills to interpret data, spot trends, and make informed decisions quickly. Experience in retargeting & remarketing campaigns, as well as a strong copywriting sense for ads and ability to brief creatives effectively, are also essential.
