Job Title: Test Coordinator

About the Role:
  • We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused professional to join our team as a Test Coordinator.
  • As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing test schedules in collaboration with academic teams.
  • You will manage classroom allocations and seating arrangements for examinations, ensuring a smooth and efficient testing experience.
  • Additionally, you will oversee and manage the deployment of test invigilators and support staff, ensuring that all protocols and procedures are followed.
  • You will also monitor ongoing tests and address any issues promptly to minimize disruption and ensure a high-quality testing experience.
  • In this role, you will maintain accurate records of test attendance and reports, providing valuable insights for future testing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Test Schedule Coordination: Collaborate with academic teams to coordinate and execute test schedules, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
  • Classroom Management: Manage classroom allocations and seating arrangements for examinations, considering factors such as accessibility and equity.
  • Invigilation Support: Oversee and manage the deployment of test invigilators and support staff, ensuring they have the necessary resources and training to perform their duties effectively.
  • Protocol Adherence: Ensure strict adherence to test protocols and standard operating procedures, maintaining the integrity and validity of the testing process.
  • Issue Resolution: Monitor ongoing tests and address any issues promptly, taking proactive steps to minimize disruption and ensure a high-quality testing experience.
