Senior Full Stack Developer Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing software solutions using .NET Core 9 and SQL Server.

As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will lead both feature and AI integration workstreams in our ERP/CRM modernization project. You will be working with Blazor WebAssembly and Telerik components to build interactive UI modules, develop secure and scalable REST APIs, and integrate Azure AI services with ERP/CRM workflows.

The ideal candidate is a pragmatic full stack developer who can think like a product owner, translate use cases into fast features, and hold their own in integrating AI without a full ML team backing them. They should have experience with ERP/CRM entities and be able to architect clean user flows while improving performance and modernizing legacy systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement software solutions using .NET Core 9 and SQL Server
  • Lead feature and AI integration workstreams in our ERP/CRM modernization project
  • Work with Blazor WebAssembly and Telerik components to build interactive UI modules
  • Develop secure and scalable REST APIs
  • Integrate Azure AI services with ERP/CRM workflows
  • Collaborate with DevOps to deploy and monitor microservices in Azure

Must-Have Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience with .NET Core, SQL Server, and enterprise backend patterns
  • Strong skills in Blazor WebAssembly (or Angular/React + Telerik + clear willingness to cross-train in Blazor)
  • Solid T-SQL skills and experience with ERP/CRM domain logic
  • Ownership of one complete AI-integrated project
  • API-first mindset, secure coding, async programming
  • Git, Azure DevOps, unit testing, performance tuning

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Direct work with Telerik Blazor Components or UI for Angular/React
  • Practical knowledge of Azure Form Recognizer, Azure OpenAI / GPT, Cognitive Search / Vector Stores, MLOps: retraining, model monitoring, telemetry, and familiarity with Blazor interop performance tuning, lazy loading
