Job Title: Senior Shopify Full Stack Developer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced full-stack developer to join our e-commerce team. This role requires strong expertise across both front-end and back-end technologies, along with practical experience in full-stack development.

This position is ideal for a developer who can take ownership of projects end-to-end, with a good understanding of architecture and a hands-on approach to both UI/UX and server-side logic.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional, scalable solutions.
  • Design and build full-stack applications with an emphasis on performance, responsiveness, and maintainability.
  • Work on custom theme development and leveraging Shopify features like Scripts and Flows.
  • Collaborate with architects to define technical solutions and integration points.
  • Write clean, reusable, and testable code for both front-end and back-end components.
  • Optimize applications for speed and performance across browsers and devices.
  • Conduct code reviews and unit testing to maintain code quality.
  • Maintain technical documentation for future reference and updates.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3–5 years of experience in technical development roles.
  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience with full-stack development, including familiarity with REST APIs and third-party integrations.
  • Proficient in HTML5, CSS3/SASS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks such as React or Angular.
  • Experience in back-end technologies such as Node.js, Express, .NET, or Java.
  • Strong understanding of REST APIs and third-party integrations.
  • Experience with Git and tools like SourceTree or Bitbucket.
  • Familiar with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.
  • Bonus: Experience working in e-commerce environments and deploying to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.).
