Lead Content Developer Role

About the Position

This is a senior-level role that oversees large-scale content development projects, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to drive project deliverables.

Years of Experience: 8 to 10

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing high-quality educational content for assessments.
  • Content Creation - MCQs in General Knowledge and Current Affairs.
  • Question Bank Management:
  • Designing and implementing effective question banks; setting quality standards for writing and reviewing items in respective domains.
  • Inventory Management and Optimization:
  • Tracking and maintaining optimal levels of item availability in assigned non-STEM domains/subjects.
  • SME Leadership:
  • Defining selection criteria and strategies.
  • Monitoring SME performance quality.
  • Training and Developing SME Pools:
  • Extensive coordination with SMEs for all test development activities.
  • Test Designing:
  • Creating test designs in subjects of expertise and coordinating with SMEs to finalize test designs in other domains/subjects.
  • Internal Stakeholder Coordination:
  • Supporting Lead Subject Administrator in delivering projects and other requirements as per organizational needs.

Qualifications

  • Subject Competency in School Subjects till 12th Level as per NCERT Syllabus.
  • Broader Understanding of Education System and National Curriculum Framework (NCF) Standards.
  • Experience in Education Sector related to Assessment & Evaluation - Test Designs/Blueprints, Question Development.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Good command over spoken Hindi.
