Lead Computer Education Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Lead Computer Education Specialist to oversee the implementation of our computer education program for school students in Jamnagar, India.

This is a full-time engagement that requires expertise in designing and delivering engaging training sessions using a mix of online and offline methods.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in computer training or digital education, with a strong command of tools like MS Office, Scratch, Python, and internet research.

A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field is required. Prior experience in leading training-of-trainers (ToT) sessions to build capacity across schools is highly desirable.

The selected candidate will be responsible for developing content and resources, conducting training sessions, and providing technical support to teachers and students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for school students in computer education
  • Develop and implement effective training strategies and materials to enhance student learning outcomes
  • Provide technical support and mentorship to teachers to ensure they are equipped to deliver high-quality instruction
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and training metrics
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate technology into existing curricula
Candidate Profile:
  • Master's degree in computer science or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in computer training or digital education
  • Strong knowledge of educational technologies, including Learning Management Systems (LMS) and online collaboration tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
