UX Lead Job Description

We are seeking a UX Lead to join our team. As a key member of our design department, you will be responsible for creating user-centric designs that drive business results.

  • This role involves leading the design process from concept to delivery, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and mentoring junior designers.

About the Role:

  • Mentor junior designers to develop their skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Design or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in UX design, with a focus on user research and usability testing.
  • Strong portfolio that demonstrates ability to design intuitive and user-friendly experiences.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
