Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

  • To deliver business results, we're seeking a skilled professional to collaborate with our Central ACES teams.
  • The ideal candidate will be able to analyze data and identify root causes of defects.
  • This role involves developing and maintaining decision support processes to track and correct defects in real-time.
  • You'll manage defect alarm queues and ensure prompt corrective actions are taken.
  • Responsibilities also include monitoring job health, infrastructure, and platforms for 100% availability and scaling.
  • We're looking for someone who can perform root cause analysis and resolve Trouble Tickets efficiently.
  • In this position, you'll enhance existing solutions independently with minimal guidance from the team.
  • You'll own medium complexity solutions from roadmap initiatives.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in data analytics or automation.
  • Experience in capacity planning, operations planning, business analysis, or similar fields is highly valued.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Proficiency in SQL and Excel at a moderate or advanced level is essential.
  • Familiarity with data mining tools like SQL, SAS, SPSS, or similar is desirable.
  • Knowledge of SQL/Python/R, scripting, MS Excel, table joins, and aggregate analytical functions is crucial.
