Job OverviewThe Data Analyst Specialist role plays a vital part in improving health outcomes by connecting individuals with the care and resources they need to feel their best.
This position involves working closely with data science teams, taking ownership of projects, ensuring timely communication, and delivering high-quality engagements.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with data science teams on project design, implementation, and execution
- Ensure effective project ownership and timely delivery
- Communicate project progress and results to stakeholders
- Work with business teams to operationalize analytics solutions
- Experience in Analytics industry
- Working knowledge of statistical techniques (linear regression, logistic regression, time series analysis, clustering, decision trees)
- Proficient in tools like SAS/R/Python, Microsoft Office Excel/Access/PowerPoint
- Understanding of US healthcare domain
- Professional, service-oriented, proactive, and flexible attitude
- Excellent interpersonal and team skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
