As a Technical Writer, you will be responsible for creating comprehensive documentation that enables our team to deliver exceptional products and services.

The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as a strong understanding of software development processes and tools.

You will work closely with product managers, engineers, designers, and support teams to develop accurate and user-friendly documentation that meets the needs of both technical and non-technical audiences.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining comprehensive documentation, including user guides, API documentation, knowledge base articles, FAQs, and internal process documentation.
  • Translating complex technical concepts into simple, user-friendly content using tools like Markdown, Confluence, Git, Adobe FrameMaker, or MadCap Flare.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure documentation accuracy and consistency.

Required qualifications include:

  • A bachelor's degree in English, Technical Communication, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in technical writing or a similar role.
