Lead Patient Care Services

The ideal candidate will possess a strong operational expertise, leadership skills, and a patient-centric approach to drive excellence in patient care services.

  • This includes developing and implementing standardized processes for front office, admission, and discharge operations.
  • Additionally, the successful candidate will ensure effective manpower planning and optimal deployment across all patient care areas.
  • A key aspect of this role is collaboration with clinical, diagnostic, and treatment teams to deliver seamless patient experiences.
  • The candidate will also supervise front office operations and staffing, as well as design and coordinate training programs to upskill the team.
  • Oversight of departmental operations, including staffing levels and continuous improvement initiatives, is also expected.
Requirements
  • The successful candidate must hold a Master's or Bachelor's degree in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, Nursing, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 12 years of experience in patient care operations, including leadership roles, is required.
  • Strong experience in managing outpatient and inpatient services is essential.
  • Proven ability to lead large teams and drive training & development initiatives is also crucial.
  • Deep commitment to delivering high-quality patient experiences is vital.
