About This Role

We're on a mission to push the boundaries of artificial intelligence and empower subject matter experts to automate complex, high-value tasks. As an AI Engineer at our organization, you'll be instrumental in developing cutting-edge systems that integrate with Large Language Models (LLMs) and other foundational models.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and build data-driven solutions that leverage the capabilities of LLMs and other emerging technologies.
  • Optimize data indexing, ranking, and query processing systems for Search and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) applications.
  • Create robust evaluation frameworks for our agents, RAG systems, and various LLMs.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 1-3 years of experience in Software Engineering or Data Science, with expertise in Python and data-oriented algorithms.
  • Strong background in AI agents, data systems, or machine learning engineering.
  • Familiarity with modern microservices, such as FastAPI, Ray.IO, and Kubernetes orchestration.
  • Ai Agent Stack: LlamaIndex, LangGraph, SmolAgent, Instructor, Anthropic, OpenAI, Qdrant, ParadeDB, Sentence-Transformers - building sophisticated AI agent orchestration with tool coordination, vector search, and real-time data processing.
  • Demonstrated experience in building agents, training and evaluating emerging LLMs, building RAG systems, or working with vector databases.
  • Familiarity with core technologies like Ray, Postgres, Iceberg, Google Cloud, and Docker/Kubernetes/Helm is a plus.
