Job Title: Cloud Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

  • CI/CD Pipeline Management: Design, implement, and maintain pipelines using GitLab CI, AWS Code Pipeline, and other DevOps tools to streamline development and deployment processes.
  • Cloud Infrastructure Optimization: Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure and services in AWS, leveraging native services like EC2, Lambda, S3, CloudWatch, etc., to improve scalability and performance.
  • Automation Scripting: Develop and maintain automation scripts using Bash, Python, or other scripting languages to automate tasks and reduce manual effort.
  • Containerized Applications: Implement and manage containerized applications using Docker, Kubernetes, and/or OpenShift to ensure efficient deployment and scaling.
  • Cloud Development Kit (CDK): Use AWS CDK to define cloud infrastructure in code and manage deployments to reduce errors and improve consistency.
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AWS services, cloud security, deployment processes, and system performance to minimize downtime.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure efficient integration and deployment processes.
  • Infrastructure Monitoring: Monitor, log, and improve infrastructure reliability, scalability, and performance to ensure high-quality services.
