Program Officer Position

We are seeking a skilled professional to assume responsibility for mapping training programs, designing instructional materials, reviewing and selecting suitable methods, conducting needs assessments, and ensuring effective utilization of the CareMother solution in project areas.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Map training programs for various partners NGOs, Government and Hospitals
  • Design and create training manuals, learning modules, and course materials
  • Review training materials from various sources and choose appropriate materials
  • Select suitable training methods or activities and prepare training modules
  • Conduct program-based training needs assessment and identify gaps to be addressed
  • Ensure utilization of the CareMother solution in assigned project areas to the fullest
  • Support monthly data analysis and reporting to customers and partners
  • Travel extensively to project sites to identify gaps and provide possible solutions to partners
  • Track day-to-day activities for assigned projects as per project milestones
