The Opportunity

We are looking for a Technical Proposal Writer to join our team. This position is 100% Remote and can be based anywhere in India.

Key Responsibilities
  • Determine proposal requirements by identifying and clarifying objectives within RFPs
  • Gather proposal information by identifying sources of information and coordinating with key providers and other internal contributors
  • Produce quality responses to RFPs by following proposal-writing standards including readability, consistency, and tone
  • Obtain approvals and submit completed proposals to the requester
  • Maintain records of all proposals submitted and received
  • Gather and store feedback on proposals to help improve proposal content and process
Requirements
  • A strong technical background and understanding of business process management/enterprise software and security considerations
  • Two or more years of experience responding to technical RFPs from large firms and government organizations
  • Strong writing skills
  • Good time and project management skills to ensure that proposals are submitted accurately and on time
Bonus Skills
  • MBA degree
  • Technical background and experience with enterprise CMS-based websites
  • Excellent writing, organizational, communication, and planning skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage deadlines efficiently
  • Strong critical thinking ability
  • Ability to work independently
