We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity PAM Consultant to join our team in Hyderabad, India. As a member of our Cyber Security Identity Access Management (IAM) PAM and Secrets Team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security and integrity of our systems.
The Privileged Access Management BA role involves maintaining and uplifting IAM PAM controls. You will be responsible for identifying, investigating, and reporting potential cybersecurity-related exposures and recommending corrective action.
You will work closely with the IDAM Control Owners to record, monitor, and publish MI/KCI reporting; dashboards for the Cybersecurity management and other appropriate stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and uplift IAM PAM controls
- Identify, investigate, and report potential cybersecurity-related exposures
- Work alongside the IDAM Control Owners to record, monitor, and publish MI/KCI reporting
Governance and Compliance
You will have experience working in a regulated environment with exposure to global regulatory requirements, including GDPR, SOX, PCI DSS, and ISO 27001. You will implement robust governance practices to manage risks and ensure compliance.
Team Coordination and Leadership
You will lead cross-functional teams, working alongside project managers, control owners, business analysts, and technical specialists. You will foster collaboration and resolve conflicts to maintain project momentum.
Risk and Issue Management
You will identify, assess, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle. You will proactively manage issues and dependencies to avoid project delays.
Documentation
You will create project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure documentation, including project charter, project plan, status reports, performance reports, and project closeout reports.
