About the Role

As a Senior Product Manager for Data Quality at Takeda, you will be responsible for strategizing and defining data measures, thresholds, rules, and controls. Your focus will be on planning, creating, and maintaining appropriate business rules documentation, ensuring that data quality standards and processes are well-documented and communicated.

Data Quality Responsibilities

  • Identify Data Quality issues as they occur, along with any risks, mitigation plan, and proactive vulnerabilities within the database.
  • Conduct data profiling and in-depth data analysis to identify patterns, trends, and potential data quality issues.
  • Utilize data quality tools and techniques to ensure data compliance with established standards.
  • Establish monitoring processes and alerts to proactively identify data quality issues.
  • Maintain and improve data quality standards and have high competencies in developing and executing advanced DQ techniques.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, Economics, Information Systems, Statistics, Applied Math, Business Administration, or any other related field (or equivalent and related experience preferred).
  • Minimum 7 years of data quality experience as product manager with a focus on Informatica Data Quality.
  • Understanding of SQL, Python skills, and experience with data integration tools.
  • Strong knowledge of Data Quality improvement tools such as Informatica CDQ.
  • Extensive experience with and success in managing projects from inception to production rollout and support.
