
Human Resource Systems Strategist

As a strategic HR leader, you will drive the digitization and implementation of our client's HRMS system.
About the Role:- HRMS Implementation & Digitization
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of an HRMS solution, from integration to launch.
- Liaise with vendor teams, internal IT, and HR stakeholders for seamless execution.
- Map existing HR processes and create digital workflows to boost efficiency and accuracy.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot integration issues in conjunction with service level agreements.
- Change Management & Employee Training
- Design and deliver training modules for HRMS adoption across all employee levels.
- Serve as the champion for HRMS adoption to foster a digital-first culture and employee self-service uptake.
- Provide ongoing support, knowledge sharing, and process improvement initiatives.
- HR Operations & Analytics
- Ensure smooth execution of HR operations (attendance, payroll interface, leave management, employee lifecycle, etc.) through digital platforms.
- Generate and analyze HR dashboards, MIS reports, and workforce analytics for informed decision-making.
- Partner with business teams to continuously enhance digital HR solutions.
- Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business units to understand HR needs and align HRMS solutions accordingly.
- Serve as the key HR point of contact for all digitization and automation initiatives.
You will have a Graduate + MBA degree in Human Resources and 2-3 years of relevant HR experience with a team of over 1,000 employees. Key skills include strong HR process knowledge, good understanding of HR Technology, integrations, and process automation.
