Cybersecurity Training Program Lead

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cybersecurity Training Program Lead to lead the development and execution of cybersecurity training programs within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive cybersecurity training roadmaps aligned with industry trends and emerging threats
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and gaps, and design capacity building initiatives
  • Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of cybersecurity training courses, workshops, and certifications
  • Ensure that the curriculum covers a wide range of cybersecurity topics, including network security, cloud security, and incident response
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, principles, and best practices
  • Experience in developing and delivering training programs for technical audiences
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
