Job Overview:

As a Talent Manager, you will play a key role in managing the day-to-day needs and queries of creators via email and other channels. This is an exciting opportunity to build strong, long-term relationships with influencers and contribute to campaigns by sharing content ideas and understanding content trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the workflow of multiple creators, ensuring timely responses to their inquiries and concerns.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for creator-brand partnerships, negotiating deals that meet business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the creators' strengths, interests, and career goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop content strategies and implement effective campaign execution.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in talent management, influencer marketing, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • The ability to build rapport with creators and understand their needs, as well as negotiate on behalf of the company.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
