Product Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead our Research & Development initiative, bridging Headquarters and the local development team.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of technology, proven leadership skills, and the ability to inspire software developers to deliver innovative products.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap aligned with HQ guidelines.
  • Ensure clear translation of HQ requirements into actionable development tasks.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation and growth in product features and performance.

Further responsibilities include: managing and mentoring a team of software developers, fostering collaboration, productivity, and accountability. Additionally, you will oversee end-to-end product lifecycle, ensure products meet functional, technical, and design standards, and collaborate with QA and design teams to deliver seamless user experiences.

Requirements:

  1. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field is required.
  2. 5+ years' experience as a Product Manager in software, digital products, or SaaS environments is necessary.
