Associate Relations Professional

The Associate Relations team is a key function that serves as the subject matter expert and point of contact for all associate relations matters. The team partners with associates and business leaders to provide resources, consultation, and mentorship when workplace issues arise.

This role offers an opportunity to build relationships, manage work execution, and be an organizational learner. As an Associate Relations professional, you will establish and maintain open and collaborative working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. You will also promote Marriott International's fundamental approach to the Guarantee of Fair Treatment for all.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Building Relationships: Establishes and maintains an open and collaborative working relationship with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Managing Work Execution: Promotes Marriott International's fundamental approach to the Guarantee of Fair Treatment for all, monitors compliance with company policies, standards, audits, and local labor regulations, and logs investigation cases and/or projects assigned in a timely manner.
  • Organizational Learner: Acts proactively to enhance learning and improve job skills and knowledge by researching new and emerging associate relations practices, trends, and legislations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Social Sciences, Business Management, or Hospitality Management preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to type and record verbal statements at a quick pace, detailed-oriented, structured, and organized, proactive and self-motivated, proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint).

Additional Information:

A College No Objection Certificate will be required. You must be eligible for undergraduate in a Mumbai registered university program or undergraduate or graduate of a university in Maharashtra. Prepared to commit to a six months internship.
