Job Overview

As the Marketing Manager, you will be at the forefront of developing and executing strategies to position our brand as a leader in the health and wellness market. Working directly with the founders, you'll play a critical role in shaping our brand's identity, voice, and outreach efforts.


Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning & Execution:
    • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to build brand awareness and drive consumer engagement.
    • Create and manage a go-to-market strategy for the launch.
  • Brand Building:
    • Work closely with the founders to shape the brand's identity, tone, and positioning.
    • Develop a compelling story for the brand that resonates with the target audience.
  • Content Strategy & Social Media:
    • Oversee the creation of high-quality content for social media, blogs, and other platforms.
    • Plan and execute campaigns to educate the audience on topics like gut health, wellness, and prebiotics while subtly introducing the brand.
  • Collaborations & Partnerships:
    • Identify and build partnerships with influencers, wellness experts, and relevant brands for co-marketing opportunities.
  • Performance Marketing:
    • Plan and execute paid marketing campaigns across platforms to drive traffic and conversions.
    • Analyze campaign performance and optimize based on key metrics.
  • Community Building:
    • Foster an engaged community of early adopters who advocate for the brand.
    • Execute creative strategies to build and maintain consumer trust and loyalty.
  • Market Research:
    • Stay updated on D2C trends, competitor strategies, and customer insights to refine marketing efforts.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2-5 years in marketing, preferably with D2C brands or startups.
  • Skills:
    • Proven expertise in content marketing, social media strategy, and brand storytelling.
    • Strong understanding of influencer marketing and partnerships.
    • Analytical mindset with experience in performance marketing tools.
  • Traits:
