Join our team as a Data Analytics Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analytics Manager to join our team. This role will play a critical part in enhancing our internal audit function through data-driven insights, analytics, and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement data analytics methodologies to support the internal audit function; design and execute advanced data analysis scripts and models to identify trends, anomalies, and potential risks;
  • Collaborate with the audit teams to integrate analytics into audit planning, execution, and reporting;
  • Create clear, actionable, and visually compelling reports and dashboards to communicate audit findings to stakeholders and the Audit Committee;
  • Mentor and train other Internal Audit team members on leveraging data analytics tools and techniques;

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or master's in computer science, IT, Engineering, Data Science, Econometrics, or related fields;
  • Proven data analytics experience in internal audit or risk management, with strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills;
  • Proficient in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, R, PHP, .NET, SQL, and proficient in relational databases, data warehouses, ETL, UI tools, and query optimization;
  • Experience managing analytics projects and stakeholder management;
  • Able to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders;
  • Demonstrated leadership and team mentoring skills;
