Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance and Risk Officer to join our team at Grip Invest. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in compliance and risk management, with a focus on corporate governance.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and mitigating risks associated with the company's operations, as well as ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- Monitoring and ensuring compliance with Secretarial Standards issued by the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
- Providing advice to directors and senior management on their legal and fiduciary responsibilities.
- Ensuring effective communication with stakeholders, including regulators and investors.
Qualifications:
We are looking for a candidate with 4+ years of progressive experience in compliance and risk management. A thorough knowledge of SEBI regulations around broking and AIF entities is also required.
The ideal candidate will have worked in a SEBI-regulated entity, such as an OBPP, Broking, AIF, MFD, or RA.
