Business Development Consultant
This role involves working as a Business Coach and Sales Professional on a part-time contract basis. The ideal candidate will have strong one-on-one selling skills and a proven track record in selling high-ticket products or services.
The job requires a minimum of 6-8 hours of engagement per day, 6 days a week, which includes conducting one-on-one business coaching and various sales activities to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Strategic Business Coaching:
- Provide tailored coaching sessions to business owners to build robust systems across key business functions, including marketing, sales, operations, and business finance.
Main Responsibilities:
- Business Growth Strategies:
- Assess clients' business challenges and develop strategies to drive growth through our allied services such as marketing and HR.
- Clients Upsells and Renewals:
- Act as a program guide during our 3-day masterclass events, ensuring seamless execution and participant engagement.
- Closely work with high-value clients to close advanced coaching program sales through consultative selling techniques.
- Build long-term relationships to ensure all clients opt for renewals and referrals.
- Pipeline Nurturing:
- Engage with clients who have enrolled for the masterclass, understanding their businesses and primary challenges.
- Drive attendance and engagement in pre-masterclass sessions to ensure 100% participation in the main event.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Sales Expertise:
- A proven track record in selling high-ticket products or services, preferably through consultative selling approaches.
- Strong one-on-one sales skills, with the ability to understand client needs and propose relevant solutions.
Coaching or Training Experience (Preferred):
- Experience in delivering coaching or training sessions to business owners is an added advantage.
- An understanding of MSME business challenges across various industries.
Relationship Management:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and rapport with clients.
- The ability to manage nurturing campaigns and drive client engagement effectively.
Industry Knowledge:
- Familiarity with MSME businesses and industries such as manufacturing, services, retail, and more.
